17 Email As part of EH&S’ branding effort, a standardized email signature was developed for departmental use. Simply create a “New Signature” in Outlook and copy and paste one of the formats below. Remember to change “your name, your title, (O)phone number and your email”--and choose the color you’d like for the arrow graphic.
