25 Employee Helpful Stuff C. Apps and Websites ACCESSPLUS AccessPlus is a secure and personalized online resource for accessing confidential university information and web applications. AccessPlus is available to Iowa State University faculty, staff, and students, 24/7. Click on Sign Ons in the top right hand corner, and then AccessPlus and log in using your University ID and password. ASW Manage your university Net-ID and lists with Account Services (ASW). CYBOX CyBox is Iowa State University’s Box service . CyBox provides you a flexible solution to store, share, and access your files online. EH&S DASHBOARD The EH&S Dashboard provides links to the most commonly used sites for EH&S staff, including EH&S applications, university resources, and EH&S social media. EMAIL AND CALENDARS (Outlook) Email and calendars are intended for work purposes. Calendar setting should be set to share with all EH&S staff. Please keep your Outlook calendar up to date so people can request meetings with you. If you are setting up a meeting, make sure that individuals and conference rooms are available by using the Scheduling Assistant tab in Outlook.
