29 Employee Helpful Stuff D. Policies ACCIDENTS AND INJURIES All incidents involving staff or students should be reported as soon as possible. To report an incident, go to Origami Risk and click on the Report a New Incident button. For a summary of where to go for medical treatment, as well as reporting of on the job injuries and illness, refer to the Accidents and Injuries page on the EH&S website. Employees (including student employees) use ISU Occupational Medicine for first aid and any non- life threatening injuries. Students who are not employees use Thielen Student Health Center for non-life threatening injuries. Both students and staff use Mary Greeley Emergency Department for serious injuries or after-hours care. To get on long-term disability 720 total hours of vacation, vacation credit, and sick leave.
