IN CASE OF EMERGENCY BINDER In the admin area is an “In Case of Emergency” binder. When there is an emergency, admin grabs the binder and the flashlight. OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE Data entry for the Occupational Medicine (Occ Med) Program is done by the clerk IV in EHSSB. The Occ Med personnel files are also maintained in EHSSB. The Occupational Health Manager officer oversees the Occ Med Program in EH&S. There is a complete manual of Occ Med data entry and filing procedures at the clerk IV’s desk. General Information ISU provides the Occ Med Program for employees who work under conditions and with materials that have identified and/or regulated risks. EH&S helps to identify occupational health hazards and evaluates the extent of employee exposure in order to determine the need for medical monitoring.
