Will access toall rooms andequipment be controlledby this system?
No, not all roomsandequipment arewiredwithkeycardaccess.Only those that arepart of the
FacilitiesPlanningandManagement access control systemareavailable through this tab. For those
areas that arenot set upwithkeycardaccess youmayneed touseother avenues toverify training
completionand control access at the roomor equipment level.Otheroptions includehavingyour
students checkout akeyor check inwithadesignatedpersonprior toenteringanareaor using
equipment.
Forwhich rooms andequipmentwill I beable to request access?
Only the roomsor equipment forwhichyoualreadyhaveaccesswill appear inyour list. Youwill
need to contact your department toestablishaccess to roomsor equipment for yourself BEFORE it
will appear inyour list.
